Arthur (and Christian, Brigitte, and Charlotte) invite you to one of the most beautiful and romantic restaurants in the Caribbean. Sol é Luna is located above Etang Chevrise in Mont Vernon, St Martin with views out to Orient Bay with Green Key nearby and St Barts in the distance. This beautifully restored and carefully decorated home brings the finest of Provençal cuisine to your table. Dine on the wrap-around porch in the warm, soft breezes as our deft service completes your magical evening. Appetizers, priced from 9 to 12 euros, include a lobster bisque, gaspacho, a skewer of scallops and spanish ham, and much more. Dinners, priced from 14 to 28 euros, include many pasta dishes and feature a sashimi-grade tuna steak, and a slow-cooked lamb shank. As always, there will be plenty of specials. There are a dozen white and rosé wines starting at 20 euros (many from Christian's native Provençe). Most of the rosés are dry and they and the whites would complement the seafood dishes perfectly. Red wines include a dozen Burgundies and Rhones. The Bordeaux selection is even more extensive.
