All things must come to an end. The success of Mario Bistrot led to a lack of parking, so Mario has moved to Porto Cupecoy just over the border in the lowlands. Nearby La Cigale also has many admirers. They will have to make do with the Cigale outpost in the West Indies Mall for this season (2017-8) Le Sand and Dreams were destroyed but may be rebuilt. Ma Ti Beach and Layla's were damaged but Hotel Mercure has bought them and will reopen them in December 2018.
